7AM Breakfast & Lunch

so good food and super-friendly and fast/attentive service. the couple who run the restaurant were super sweet, and everything was great. I got the avocado toast w poached eggs. it was great. also tried the strawberry waffle, which was also delightful.

Had a fantastic brunch here! The food was delicious and came out quickly, with great portion sizes and presentation. What really stood out was the service—Quincey took care of my table both times I was here and was absolutely wonderful: friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely be back!

First time trying 7AM Breakfast and Lunch. They offer a wonderful breakfast at an excellent price. They have unique Avacado toast, which i really enjoyed. The BlueNANA (Blueberry-Bannana) smoothie was awesome! I would recommend trying this breakfast spot. The atmosphere is cute. I would have liked to see more flavor in the home fries. Overall, it is a wonderful breakfast place to try out!

Non-greasy and cooked perfectly! If you love eggs, they make them perfectly! Also tried the 7am Clubhouse, it was good! The tater tots were fabulous! Monica was our server and she was extremely attentive and personable. Great Service! Would return just for the service.

Love this breakfast spot! We always stick with the classics for breakfast, so it’s easy to tell if it’s a yay or nay. This place surprised us with their non-greasy dishes. Service was friendly & prompt, and the restaurant is kept tidy, clean, and well lit. We enjoyed our visit here. Would definitely come back! (Will probably come back earlier for their early bird specials)

Interesting name for a restaurant, but it doesn't keep you guessing as to what they offer. It doesn't look like anything special from the outside, other than it look like a breakfast/lunch place. We were greeted by a friendly smile as we entered, and were seated promptly with menus at a comfy booth with comfy chairs. The overall atmosphere could be described as clean, simple, and functional. Our order was taken with a tablet by our server. Great system, as the ticket goes straight to the kitchen to get the plates started with less waiting time. I ordered steak and eggs, my wife got the smoked salmon benny. We both got coffee, with free refills. Coffee is what you'd expect from a diner. It's hot, with mild flavour. Food arrived quickly. My steak was overcooked, eggs were undercooked by a smidge, and the potatoes lacked seasoning. My wife's benny was ok, if a bit underwhelming. Overall, the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't something we'll want to experience again. However, I would be willing to visit again to try one of their "hashed" dishes. But, only if they put some seasoning on the potatoes.
